Guest guest
Lily, yes, thank you, I would be very interested about the brand of that grounded mattress. It's a carbon mattress + tether? I'm experimenting with carbon t-shirt this week and although I notice some reflections esp when there's a lot of emf. But it seems very good to lower my muscle tension. Most probably one of my main problems is a body voltage that's too high. . > > Some people have been curious about the Earth tether mattress pad, > which is a pad that is put on the bottom end of your bed under your > feet, and an actual (non-electrical) tether goes outside and plugs into > the ground. Guest guest
, that black t-shirt, it's also a carbon t-shirt? Could you send me the link where you bought it? With me that carbon t-shirt is great for painful muscles and also great for my energy... Probably these are all effects of a lower body voltage and a better central nerve system? Actually I feel now I should have sth like a carbon pants! Because my legs are still stiff ;-) But tomorrow I'm gonna try the carbon mattress. I can test it from a friend/therapist here. That carbon mattress doesn't have a grounding tether (as opposed to the mattress Lily's talking about). To lower my body voltage I'm gonna make an appointment with a Body Stress Release therapist. It seems like their sessions are directly aimed at lowering body voltage... If anybody knows where I can buy a meter (in Europe) to check for my body voltage, please let me know. Body voltage should be +/- 30 mV and probably it's too high with me (more than 100 mV). . > > > > Some people have been curious about the Earth tether mattress pad, > > which is a pad that is put on the bottom end of your bed under your > > feet, and an actual (non-electrical) tether goes outside and plugs into > > the ground. Guest guest
, yes a lot of things seem to heighten the body voltage: -intolerances/allergies to emf/food/chemicals -emotional stress -physical stress There are always things I will be able to improve on these factors. Although to eliminate all of them I probably would have to live in the 19th century or something ;-) Unless I find some anti-emf thingie I can live with. Still working on that and experimenting with Tachyon, Qlink, Bioprotect, Benzolite,... But it would be great if I could also do stuff that directly lowers the body voltage. I think what helps: -grounding (yourself, bed, no shoes,...) -massages -carbon fabrics -therapy Agnes van Enkhuizen (she's written many books on this, she has measured me too in the past, she has a meter that she wants to commercialize and sell together with her book) -relax ;-) . > > Most probably one of my main problems is a body voltage that's too high. > > > My question: How does one go about measuring their body's voltage? > > Marji > > > > ------------------------------------ > >
Guest guest
Well in my case elektrosmog is probably a major factor in heightening body voltage. Although I do think other factors (as mentioned in my previous posting) can be important too... Agnes van Enkhuizen uses a meter she developed herself, she says she has tested a lot of them and she says there not all 100% bullet proof. Her meter isn't commercialized yet, although she has spoken with Philips, to work together on this. , her latest book recently launched specifically on central nerve system, that I would advise to anybody wheren't it in Dutch only: http://www.bol.com/nl/p/nederlandse-boeken/medica-natura/1001004007772544/index.\ html . > > > > Most probably one of my main problems is a body voltage that's too high. > > > > > > My question: How does one go about measuring their body's voltage? > > > > Marji > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > > > >
Guest guest
Thanks , ,... I'm not sure but there may be a misunderstanding on what I'm looking for (I may have misphrased it). I have a Biovoltmeter myself for a couple of years and that meter checks how much emf there is emitted using your body as an antenna. IT MEASURES THE EMF IN THAT PARTICULAR PLACE. And for instance if you measure a lot, sth like 200 mV in your bedroom, it will have a bad impact on your central nerve system in the short/long run. But what I'm looking for now, is a meter that checks THE SITUATION OF YOUR CENTRAL NERVE SYSTEM ON THAT PARTICULAR MOMENT. It seems that the resistance to electricity between two body parts is directly linked with how well your central nerve system is functioning. If you measure the electricity between two body parts (left and right hand for instance), you should measure sth like 30 mV. If not your central nerve system is not functioning 100%. With the Dutch therapist (Agnes van Enkhuizen) my score was more than 100 mV before her therapy, half an hour later, after her therapy my score was much better, something like 50 mV. The meter she uses is one she has kinda engineered herself after 20 years of testing and experience. That meter isn't commercialized yet. I remember her saying other meters can test the central nerve system the same way, but she had the best and most trustworthy results with her meter. , it's not clear to me whether the meter you have can measure the AC between two body parts...? . > > > > Most probably one of my main problems is a body voltage that's too high. > > > > > > My question: How does one go about measuring their body's voltage? > > > > Marji > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > > > >
Guest guest
They are available at Amazon (of course). $169. Here's the link: http://www.amazon.com/Barefoot-Connections-Bed-King-Earth/dp/B002F8VFHC#moreAbou\ tThisProduct If that doesn't work, go to Amazon, Barefoot Connections Bed Pad. Other things on that page, too, like something to put in your car seat for grounding. Thanks to Silva who reminded me of the name of the product. Guest guest
, well yes, sorry: I may have misphrased in my previous messages what I'm looking for! ;-) What I mean is not measuring " body voltage " , but measuring " how your body copes with electricity between 2 body parts " . If my central nerve system therapist measures 100 mV between your left and right hand it showes that your body isn't offering much resistance... A value other than +/- 30 mV is directly linked to a malfunctioning central nerve system and that will affect many things of course and also ES... . > > > > > > Most probably one of my main problems is a body voltage that's too high. > > > > > > > > > My question: How does one go about measuring their body's voltage? > > > > > > Marji > > > > > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > > > > > >
Guest guest
, read my next post please, that will clarify a lot...
