Flu and the good stuff

I just got home from a weeks vacation Sat nite. Of course on vacation I

didn't eat like at home, no kefir, no coconut oil, too much sugary

stuff, too much food period. Sunday I woke up feeling very achy and very

cold (unusual for me as I'm going thru menopause and I'm usually too

hot) and tired. I think I may have picked up a bug on the plane ride

home (planes are notorious for their poor air). By evening I had a

rumbly gut and the " Hershey squirts " . During the whole day I worked at

getting all my usual pro biotic stuff into me --- kefir, kefilli, kefir

cheesecakes, coconut oil, zinc tab, garlic tabs, Vit C tabs, Olive leaf

tab. By nite the aches and cold feeling were gone and now this morn the

Diarrhea is gone.

So as far as I'm concerned, the good stuff really can win out over the

nasties.
