when did this forum change to cayenne instead of coconut oil?

i use aloe gel on mine. they go away over night or reduce a lot. i can see

cayenne being a good help, as well as honey and or coconut. since they all help

so much. :) ( internal honey but the coconut oil topically would probably help

too. ) going by Bruce's books. :)

it's just a phase how long can you only talk about vco? it's good to talk of

other helpful foods as well. :)
