Found this on a website but didn't give an alternative to it

I don't know if i could find the website again. It was called

ministry of health i think. It was a bit of a weird site, mentioning

god alot so that's why i didn't bother putting a link on forum.

I couldn't find much about baking powder being particularly bad for

you, unless i looked in the wrong places.

Keep in mind that this is the internet, Anyone can say anything they want about

any substance or anything else for that matter. Unless they have backed up

their

claim with some valid research, take it with a grain of salt.
