Lugol's shelf life

The bottles I bought have NO expiration date on them. Iodine fumes

will corrode rubber bulb on dropper bottles. But the lab grade

Lugol's I bough is in brown glass bottles, which I never expose to

sunlight. The bottles have airtight cap liners which have not

corroded in years. I will feel quite safe using the Lugol's I have on

hand for the next half century, or even longer, (assuming I live that

long).

Well I guess that could be a ploy to get people to buy Lugol's more

often. I swear, I don't know what (or whom) to believe anymore.

For me, it is an ongoing quest to scrutinize each source of

information. For instance, I no longer trust anything Doc Mercola

pushes or the warnings he gives about competitor's products. On the

other hand, the more I read Doc Saul, the more I learn from him.

I get the free Orthomolecular.org newsletter, which I value highly.

Subscription link is on the first website above.

Alobar,

I didn't find anything on Dr. Saul's website that compares Lugols to

Iosol. Can you provide a link to anything specific you have read that

claims Lugols to be superior to Iosol for hypothyroid?

I never said Doc Saul compard Lugol's to Iosol. My original comment

on this thread mentioned that all sorts of health advice is availables

on the web. Some which seems to put down things not being sold by a

person. I gave Doc Mercola as an example. Then I used Doc Saul as

an example of someone whom I have come to trust.
