I was diagnosed Type II six months ago, tried the prescribed med for two weeks and opted for the natural path. My fasting blood sugar went from 360 to 90 in four weeks and has been stable since. I eat what is considered a radical diet replete with four to six tbsp of coconut oil daily and 2-4 tbsps of coconut flour. My question obviously concerns the flour. What brand are you using? I have found the flour a godsend, mixing it with any and all foods, most especially plain yoghurt, without ill effects. You seem to be on top of most everything so your posts obviously raise questions. The brand I use has 10 grams of carbs and 9 grams of fiber in every two tbsps. Is this the same as yours? Thanks.
