Guest guest
>Debbie's suggestion on goat milk is a good alternative. i use to drink cow milk from amish farms. One such is sold as " Farmers all natural creamery milk " . I also drink the Farmers all-natural creamery milk, it is very, very good. I get mine from Wild Oats natural food market in the US. http://www.farmersallnaturalcreamery.com/ >Don't use ordinary soap or use the glycerine soap for bathing. This >is available for $1.09 in whole foods. Other soaps leach our skin >of the good oil. So is it best to use Glycerine soap?? >If so then you have to start drinking and cooking in reverse >osmosis RO treated water, any ordinary filters like Brita etc. >don't remove fluoride. 'www.fluoridealert.org'. I have a RO filter >at home i bought 1 years back, still giving me 99% rejection of >salts. These are maintenance free filters. Cost about $400. Or >alternatively you can buy purified water from sams or costco. >Don;t drink the spring water, most of the springs in the southern >US are contaminated with pesticides. I have to take issue with this. I am a BIG water drinker and have to by neccessity as I lost my saliva glands from a medical procedure (no fault - just happened) so I have to sip water all day. Tap, Purified, Distilled or Spring or Filtered Tap are our choices. My #1 water for a long-time was RO Purified water (bottled) because I felt this was the best choice. Tap was definitely out, distilled not good for long-term use, and the Spring water (store brands) I had tried tasted no better than Tap to me. One day I happened upon some books by an Austrian inventor and researcher named Viktor Schauberger. He did research on many types of free energies, and particularly what this planet could be doing to harness the energies into everyday use. One of his subjects was WATER. He says that ALL water except NATURAL SPRING WATER is overly- processed and in fact DEAD. Whereas a natural Spring water has LIFE! including nature's minerals and ingedients still in it. All waters except Spring are taken from their natural state and processed, processed, processed to bring about Purified, Distilled and Tap waters. Yes store bought Spring is also processed to remove contaminants, but I believe much less than the other waters. There is a group for Schauberger so I joined and asked them " What's the best water for drinking? " They said a High-Quality Spring water, preferably in glass bottles. Well I wasn't going to buy glass-bottled water or spend a fortune on it, so I settled for a High-Quality Spring Water. I'm in the USA and after trying some different brands - Poland Spring is my #1 best-tasting water - IT IS REALLY GOOD. Deer Park was 2nd, Dannon was fair but not even close to PS. Also I noticed since changing from Purified to a HQ Spring that I FEEL much better! There is LIFE in that Spring water I'm convinced.
