Guest guest
And now that Duncan has jumped into this, I owe everything that happened to me, whey related, to his information and his willingness to share it. When Duncan speaks, I listen. I now mostly consume whey that is strained from raw milk kefir. It is the ultimate in undenatured cold processed whey. It is also a lot of work, very expensive, and not at all tasty. It is not for everyone. Whey powders are very good and I got my start on the most overpriced and possibly lowest quality powders, but they still helped me. As I went up in quality of product, I got more results. Any whey is better than none, to me at least. Daddybob
