So just taking the glutathione as in whey and selenium may inprove thyroid, or do you need Somalife hgp as well to do this. I also eat lots of nuts and get some selenium in multi, how much do we really need? I still don't know how much Somalife you need to take each day, and am i right in assuming it is ongoing. I saw a site that gave prices but how much to ship to Europe? Jackie i will be interested in how you get on with it. I saw a testimonal about a lady who woke up feeling anxious and it helped her, i have similiar problem with no real reason for it. Testimonals can be made up so your experience with it will help myself and others on the fence about this product decide whether its worth the expense. Guest guest
> Duncan Yes, that is what i believe gave me a thyroid problem. I stupidly believed all the hype that soya was good for you, for the phytoeostrogens especially whilst going through the menopause. i used it everyday for over 2 years, especially soy milk. I have not touched soya for months now and even make my own bread to avoid it because for some unknown reason they put soya flour into commercially bought wholewheat bread. Before soya ruined my health i could lose a llb a week no problem if i put on a bit, my metabolism was fine then. I have not had my hormones checked, maybe i should. Could they still be unbalanced from all the soya? I don't really get mood swings. What progesterone cream is best for post-menopausal women? There are so many different creams being mentioned on this site. So how much is shipping for ghp? Is it safe if someone has existing problem. Just say someone had cancer but didn't know about it, could it cause a tumour to grow for example. Do you need a proper checkup first. And what about the 6 month baseline hormone test, etc can this all be done easily from home? IGF-1 that has something to do with insulin i believe. Has anyone with low progesterone/oestrogen dominance had memory problems. ghp will help this too? right! lol. > Hi Sally; glutathione precursors improve lots of things and a > good diet only makes it better; metabolic rate and toxin load as > well as other health markers improve. Guest guest
" gotu kola, brahmi " I can say that these 2 herbs have great impact on your memory. I grow these and eat them fresh. Fresh is best. Not hard to grow esp brahmi. Also for the selenium there is a herb called astragalis. Its high in selenium. But Im trying to find out what amount it has. Id rather have a component in a herb of some kind than on its own. Astragalis is also an adaptagen,so its helps with other things. Am trying to get the full info on his herb.
