that is a lot of acidophilus. Instead of taking all those a person may prefer

smaller amounts of lacotobacillus since it is the only probiotic that survives

stomach acids and goes directly to the gut where it eats yeast. Its expensive

,tho, at nearly a $1 a piece,

but it is tough;

Sorry that article I posted was extremely hard to read - all mushed up

together - at least that's the way it came through to me - I'm on digest.

That's a therapeutic level - you wouldn't take that many all the time, just

until the problem clears. Lactobacillus IS acidophilus - there are so many

lactobacillus acidophilus products on the market that don't survive stomach

acid. The only strain that has been shows to survive is " lactobacillus

acidophilus DDS-1 strain " , and is also an antibacterial.
