After shampooing, after towel drying. Just rub a wee bit in your palms and

rub thoroughly thru the hair, then let it dry. I never ever use a brush,

and only use a detangler comb with the BIG wide curvy teeth- and I never use

that when its wet. A pick is all i can use while wet, just to take out the

major tangles. , and I expect it will grow much faster now that Im using the

vco on it- not so many broken shafts.
