thanks to all who shared your experiences with using vco on face.

i'm enjoying reading about them!

my situation has improved since switching to using vco in day

instead of night..and applying more sparingly..think i was overdoing

it before. now i really rub it in..and if i apply too much i wipe

off excess. i think that helps. and for the first time i haven't

been putting ANYTHING on my face at night.

before starting the vco a few months back..i used to use a benzoil

peroxide topical medicine (Proactiv brand) to prevent acne. worked

pretty well. i used that for about 7 or 8 years! so my skin may be

adjusting to the change. i'm trying to go as natural as possible.

stopped the sun bloc too for several months.. before that i was

using a moisturizer with sunbloc daily for a few years. so i've

stopped all that. but i still wash my face twice daily with benzoyl

peroxide cleanswer (also Proactiv). i have to since my skin is very

oily. now i'm looking for a natural alternative, preferably WITH

coconut oil.. any suggestions on what i can replace my chemcial

cleanser with for my acne prone skin?
