You can put a warm compress on your face first and the coconut oil will be

absorbed better.....at least what I found.

I have been applying coconut oil on my face for a year and half and notice a

huge reduction in the flat moles on my face. I never tried the bandaid approach

so let me know what happens.

Really? I was under the impression that it took only like a couple of weeks for

the moles to get reduced a lot or even disappear entirely. Maybe it would be

much quicker because my moles are already fairly small? Or longer because

they're flat?

If you guys could, can someone please answer some of the questions in my

original post. Please, please!

Also, what kind of scent does extra virgin coconut oil have...just a coconut

smell? Asking this because I'd like to be able to rub the oil on these moles as

many times a day as possible. I'm a guy so I wouldn't be able to be do this if

the oil has a girly sissy smell if you know what I mean. My friends will begin

to get worried. haha

If you keep dabbing oil on the moles through out the day they reduce pretty

quickly. I use it all over so some of the moles reduced that I wasn't even

concentrating on. you may want to soak a piece of cheese cloth in coconut oil

and use a bandaid on it over night.

It was kind of interesting I remember as all of a sudden I saw all of these

holes or pore on the top of the mole and then several days later it was greatly

reduced.

I don't smell anything as I am used to it. Sometimes it smells or tastes

coconutty to me and other times it does not. no one ever says ewwwwwwww I smell

coconut.

Just tell them you are a metro-sexual :)

I don't know if the moles ever just go totally away if they are the flat ones

but they just really disappear to the point you don't really notice them.

Buy Bruce Fife's book Coconut Cures. It is so worth it.

Haha, I think I'd get a swift slap in the face from my buddies if I said I was

metrosexual and smelled of coconut all the time.

The most important thing I on my mind, though, is how it looks during the

process and if there will be any scar. From what I understand, it doesn't

remove the mole? It just fades the pigment gradually until it's barely

noticeable or gone completely. Other things like bloodroot paste and whatnot

actually remove the mole and leave nasty messes and eventual scars. But this

isn't the case? So my main concerns should be erased?

I'm also thinking about applying some to my back. I'm trying to figure how I

could do it because wouldn't the oil just rub off when I put a shirt on? I was

going to do my whole back, because I have about 10 or so of these little flat

moles on there too, so I really can't put on 10 bandaids all the time. Also

have a bit of acne on my back too which would be helped by the coconut oil.

Kill two birds with one stone.

By the way, I thought this was a very busy group? It seems very dead to me.

Does anyone know about using hydrogen peroxide

in conjuction with the coconut oil to get rid

of moles ? I have heard of people using hydrogen

peroxide to get rid of skin tags. Any thoughts

about this ?
