Guest guest Posted January 4, 2007 Report Share Posted January 4, 2007 I have been reading a book called Mastering Leptin; I find many answers as to why dieting (even Atkins) doesn't work for most people. The diet is so simple, and the five rules make sense. I just started this WOE and I'm wondering if anyone else out there has any thoughts or experience with it. Just for your info it seems to make sense to only lose 1 lb. per week and not get so uptight about foods although they do recommend natural foods, low glycemic vegetables and fruits, healthy proteins, and good fats.
