Guest guest Posted March 22, 2008 Report Share Posted March 22, 2008 In 2003-2004 I lost 125 pounds on atkins. i have put a little wieght back on over the years and have started it back up again, but this time included the coconut oil. Any people out there that did it once with out the coconut oil and then did it again with the coconut oil...did you notice if it made a difference or not?
