Guest guest
well you need more than drop of honey. try a spoonful dipped in cinnamon and rubbing the oil in your ears and up your nose with q-tips and rubbing it in your glands. Also get some eucalyptus leaves and boil them then put a towel over your head and breathe the steam for 5 minutes i did this every half hour for the first day and every hour or when i remembered until i felt better. it took a couple days, but i started hacking up a bunch of junk. you want to cough that is how you get rid of it all. it may sound far fetched but When my 4 year old starts coughing i do the honey and cinnamon and she sleeps great. I do it as a tea as well you could add the oil into that as well. Hope you feel better soon. Stuck [lists] vco and chestcold Hi all I'm developing a really bad chest cold. Just taking the oil hasn't done much for it. I shall try using it as a rub tonight maybe with cayenne pepper. I am going to up my vit C but it feels like its really taking hold. I've been putting a drop of honey in rose and hibiscus tea and that's very soothing but any suggestions will be appreciated. Sally --- avast! Antivirus: Outbound message clean. Guest guest
Oh another thing I do is take a lot of showers – hot and for as long as you can………….heat via hot water for 20 min will do a complete re-circulation of your blood…………this is why you should soak an infected area several times a day – lets the blood do an extra cleansing each time you soak for that 20 min. This works great for colds, helps loosen things up and will get things draining out of your head – the more you loosen up the quicker you will get rid of it. -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Guest guest
> > We use colloidal silver for colds and flu. It works every time. > > Duncan Duncan, I have used Meso-Silver colloidal silver for many years with my family. So many uses and it really is a simple thing!! For those of you who dont know about this wonderful product, Silver particles touch one celled bacteria/virus etc, disrupting its membranes and wa la...it kills it! I have used colloidal silver in my bird bath & dogs water bowl to combat algae, cured warts (impregnate a bandage with Meso, change daily & the wart falls off in a week or so) I have shortened the length of cold sores, shortened the stomach flu very quickly, a drop on any cut really heals it quickly. Added to milk to retard spoilage. There are 100s of uses, brushing teeth with it, no more plaque so less cavities. NO infection from AIDS to SARS to STAPH is resistant to silver and no pathogens can build up a resistance to this element. You can even use it in a nebulizer for chest/lung infections. They use silver impregnated bandages in Burn Hospital Units to prevent super infections, and I have even heard they line the drinking water tank on the space shuttle with silver. MesoSilver sells a concentrated Hot Tub formula so you dont have to use chlorine. Lasts until you change out your hot tub water..remember silver does not evaporate so its a one-time addition per tub fill. Very economical. As you can see, I can go on and on! You can go to this site and read up on its uses. http://www.purestcolloids.com/mesosilver.htm HUGS! Susie
