Guest guest
have you tried emu oil?I am told that is very wonderful for Arthritis. Stuck [lists] Arthritis: any help? Hi,, I am suffering from arthritis for 25 years. The evolutive crisis occurred usually twice a year, more or less serious, depending on unknown factors. I am affected in the feet, the ankles and the knees. Usually, it starts in one foot, I start taking AINS, it migrates to a knee, then an ankle, then the other foot, and so on. Crisis can be 2 days or 2 months... There has been a period of improvement when I moved to a dry subtropical climate, in southern Spain. Now I am in the Philippines for 18 months, with a very high level of moisture ( 80-85% of hygrometry). The current crisis is partularly severe: it affects even elbows and fingers, what is new to me. For 3 days, I have my left foot and ankle very very painful, with huge oedema and redness. AINS do not help, I can't walk. What can I try to come out of this? I take VCO for one year, but it seems not acting against arthritis? s

Guest guest
, My daughter has had excellent success with something called SAM-e (pronounced Sammie), for her severe arthritis. Im including a site for it, it can be bought straight from manufactures or health food stores, even eBay. Our family has hereditary OA, I had my knee replaced in my middle 40s and now the other one is about to fall apart completely too. I started the SAM-e this week and I will let others know if it helps. Especially with all the fear with taking anti-inflammitory drugs, it would be nice if this was the miracle alot of people say it is. Good luck to you! Merry Christmas!
