I like Nutiva brand. It has a nice coconut smell. I

don't like taking it right off the spoon. I like to

heat it for a minute and put 2 tablespoons with

yogurt. It make the yogurt really creamy. Sometimes

I'll put a couple tables spoons with my milk and drink

it that way then it's not so bad.
