Guest guest
Yes, I do think it is from the extra coconut oil. It may be that your body is not digesting the oil, therefore it is running through your system and being excreted in your stool. Hence, greasy stool. At the health food store you can get combination digestive enzyemes with contain amalyse, protease and lipase. These are generic terms for enzyemes that digest starches, protiens and fats respectively. Bromelien and papain are two of the specific enzyemes that may be in the combination. I'm not a doctor or an expert of any kind, so don't take my advice blindly. I'm just telling you that it seems to have worked for me. rich headache, greasy stools, >> fatigue...comments Bruce? >> >> >> > >> > >> > I have upped my coconut oil considerably and notice the last > couple >> > of days that I am extrememly tired and have been fighting off >> > headaches.
