Guest guest
Linolenic acid, the plant-based omega-3 EFA, converts at just 1% to DHA and .1% to EPA and other than that tiny conversion it has no use at all in the body. The balance that is not LNA and not converted, 99%, is a hazard or at least, to be considered in your diet and allowed for. My Budwig Diet revision explains why we should use REAL EFAs in adequate quantity, DHA and EPA are plentiful in wild coldwater fish oil. http://members.shaw.ca/duncancrow/Budwig-diet-revision.html Duncan On 24 Sep 2007 at 7:19, Coconut Oil wrote: > > Posted by: " Wilkins " montemomma2002@... montemomma2002 > Date: Sun Sep 23, 2007 6:46 pm ((PDT)) > > No omega 3s.
