Guest guest
I was recently diagnosed as having the epstein-barr virus (pretty high level), and have had swollen tonsils for the past 3 months. After having a live blood cell analysis, there is also a lot of parasite & yeast activity going on. I was on 2 rounds of antibiotics at the beginning of this ordeal, without much relief. I was wondering if anybody might offer an opinion as to how much coconut oil to consume on a daily basis? I am very sensitive to whatever I take, so I have started out using about 1 tbsp. per day (divided over 3 doses throughout the day) for the last two days. I'm really hoping to bring the swelling down & have the tonsils return to normal. I have already had my appendix out, so keeping the tonsils is really important to me. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
