The way I understand it no VCO does not promote bile flow since bile is not

needed to digest it.

About 35% of VCO are Long-Chain Fats, which need bile acids for digestion.

Intake of VCO triggers bile flow. It is the Medium-Chain Fats in VCO, about

65%, that do not need bile acids for digestion.

Thea:

Dr. Fife said that people without Gallbladders ESPECIALLY need VCO. No need to

keep the dose down. It should greatly help you digest all fats.

Thank you for this information. I do not have a gall bladder - does that mean

I should watch how much VCO I am taking at one time since my liver has to

produce the bile?
