Guest guest
The way I understand it no VCO does not promote bile flow since bile is not needed to digest it. zoe > does it mean that VCO does not promote bile flow? i plan on using it, > but if it doesn't promote bile flow, which i think lack of bile flow > might be a cause of my digestive issues, i would like to add different > oil to my regime as well. if it does promote bile, hey that's great. > thanks
Guest guest
About 35% of VCO are Long-Chain Fats, which need bile acids for digestion. Intake of VCO triggers bile flow. It is the Medium-Chain Fats in VCO, about 65%, that do not need bile acids for digestion. Guest guest
Thea: Dr. Fife said that people without Gallbladders ESPECIALLY need VCO. No need to keep the dose down. It should greatly help you digest all fats. Bonnnie Fw: Re: promote bile... Thank you for this information. I do not have a gall bladder - does that mean I should watch how much VCO I am taking at one time since my liver has to produce the bile? thea ---------- Forwarded Message ---------- About 35% of VCO are Long-Chain Fats, which need bile acids for digestion.
