Ingrid, this might confuse you even more at first, but diabetics

use undenatured whey and selenium for many reasons including

mitigating the oxidative stress of their disease, even though it

does contain about 3% natural sugars, and also inulin, which

contains as much as about 10% fructose, to control bowel

dysbiosis while at the same time improving liver protection and

glucose swings. You can find out more on
