Peanut butter and Jelly (or jam) on Crackers. Ritz Crackers or Town House I found works the best. I usually use Strawberry Preserves. It's really good Or try using Cream cheese instead of Peanut Butter. it tastes a little like strawberry cheesecake. I love to put cream cheese on Cheez-Its. Yumm and a glass of Milk to complete. (I also put cream cheese on potato chips, taste like dip) Here's another quick snack... Corn chips with American melted cheese. Break up the slice of cheese into a few pieces, and cover the chips. (the cheese expands when melting) Put into the Microwave for less that 20 Seconds. Add more time if not melted. It doesn't take long.
