Duncan:

No Cod Liver Oil, Selenium or Potassium.

I am supposed to avoid Vitamin D because of my ELEVATED 1,25 Hyrdroxyvitamin D

and wearing specially coated sunglasses for Infrared Rays.

I could try Selenium.

I was taking Postassium before and my blood level rose too high above normal.

What the heck does all that mean?

I sort of understand about the Vitamin D but I don't know why blood Potassium

levels would go up.

Help Duncan. Can you make any sense of this?

Re:Duncan - 1st. Morning Shake

Hi Bonnie.

Sorry about your luck. The unwanted effects you are experiencing

are rare and will definitely resolve. I'm sure you're thinking

the sooner the better too! ;)

But realize that this is about the healthiest approach you can

take, and your reaction probably indicates you needed this

approach even more than most.

Try spreading what you mixed over two doses and dosing four times

a day. Are you taking cod-liver oil selenium and potassium?
