Hi, Tara,

I think your reaction was because your body is not yet used to the

coconut oil. Any time I try a new oil, I get that reaction for a few

days until my body gets used to digesting it properly. I remember

having that problem when I first tried coconut oil as well. Sorry it

was so uncomfortable! I'd try keeping adding bits of coconut oil to

things to help your body adjust gradually. But it seems it might work

better if you tried spreading it on toast or using it in baked goods

first, then use it on the eggs. (Just seems it would digest better

with bready things first.)

The other option is that you got a bad jar of coconut: whatcha think

about that?

Let us know how it goes!
