it's a libido enhancer? hmmm might need to get some. I mean coconuts oh great

you know what i mean. LOL blushing LOL

seriously how much did she drink and how often as i was told about that long ago

to have gall stones, but haven't had them checked in awhile. can't too much

buko juice give you bathroom problems? What is a safe amount?

[lists] Re: coconut water

The many advantages of buko juice ( green coconuts water) are explained in

details in the book of Dr Vermen Verallo, RX:Coconuts!

Coconut water has a better profile than for instance Gatorade as a sport

drink, and is well known for dissolving kidney stones ( my wife did use it

five years ago for this indication, with success).

However, some effects (as libido enhancer) are effective only with fresh

coconut water, not with preserved water (cans, T-paks).

My wife has been drinking buko juice of two coconuts a day for about 3

weeks.

The symptomes (pain, blood in urine) disappeared after only two

weeks.Nobathroom problem for her. I drink daily 250 cc coco milk or

cream, 250 cc

coconut water, and I use RBD coco oil for frying and cooking.I never

experienced any important laxative effect. Once I drank 500 cc coconut cream

by mistake and then, yes, I had to spend some hours not too far from the

bathroom.....

I guess this is a matter of individual reaction?

The two links given in the original message of this thread are of companies

selling coconut water on internet. Check them?

a cc is a cubic centimeter or a centiliter. A glass (for water or soft

drinks) is usually 250 cc.

These two links sell coconut water WITHOUT MENTIONNING any added sugar,

there is of course the natural sugar of the coconut water. Here are the

comparative values given by Dr Verallo for coconut water and some other

juices or sport drinks.

As you can see, there is less sugar and more fibers than in the products

sold on the net, here are the nutrition facts of O.N.E, don't forget to take

into account that Dr Verallo's figures are based on 240 gr while a T-pak of

O.N.E. is 330 gr

I think it depends on how bad a diabetic you are as my husband drinks the

coconut water and it doesn't affect him. but he isn't on insulin. in fact from

changing his diet he doesn't even take glip anymore. :)

YEAHH :)

Wilderness Family Natural sells coconut water with no added sugars.

But it is still 18 grams of carb per serving, which is very high for a

diabetic.
