Don't know about the cf, but the butter and/or p-nut butter could have been

or

if you used too much baking soda it will leave an aftertaste. May just have

been the chocolate chips too (bittersweet). They sound delicious, putting this

one in my cookbook.

Thanks

Sometimes the peanut butter or whole wheat flour can go rancid. Was your flour

old? Did you keep it in the fridge?

1 c. butter

1/4 c. peanut butter ( all natural)

1 c. honey - raw

2 eggs- organic

1 1/2 c. pastry whole-wheat flour

1/4 c coconut flour

1 tsp. soda

1/2 tsp. salt

2 c. rolled oats

1 to 2 c. chocolate chips (gheradelli bittersweet)

Cream together first 4 ingredients. Add next 6 ingredients and mix well. Add

enough flour for stiff dough. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 375

degrees for 10 minutes.

They are very yummy and gave my sick family a few hours of energy. some more

than others since my 2 year old is tsill up. LOL but there's a slight bitter or

sour taste? otehrwise tase very good. my mom even liked them * she is a raw

vegan. LOL
