Duncan, please excuse so many questions, but this is all new to me.

Being Diabetic is not a problem with the Inulin. So I take the Inulin (even

though there is Fructose in it) ALONG WITH, my Probiotics and you're saying that

after a time (how will I know?) I will no longer be Lactose Intolerant after 30

years this way?

Re: whey questions+lactose intolerance

Hi Bonnie; once your bowel dysbiosis is corrected you won't be

lactose intolerant any more. When the probiotic culture is strong

enough to eat the lactose more quickly there won't be any left

for long enough for you to struggle with.

Many undenatured wheys contain under a gram or so of lactose per

serving. There are a few useful comparisons on the inulin

refernces page:

Some, Immunocal fo example if price is no object, contain even

less.

What I'm saying, Bonnie, is that you will no longer react to

lactose because your probiotic bowel bacteria will correctly eat

it before it can cause indigestion. You will still not exude

lactase, but they exude lots of it, so you won't seem to be

intoleant. Lactose intolerance is a moot point when your bowel

dysbiosis has been is corrected.

I'm still looking for a less sweet inulin with sugar at less than

1%; when my distributor starts to carry it I'll make a fuss about

it on-list.

Actually, the best forum for this discussion is candidiasis.
