If PABA does not give you a bad reaction, PABA is good

internally. Some people cannot handle PABA. I have been using it

for about 2 decades now. I take 1 tablet (500 mg) twice a day in

cooler months and 2 tablets twice a day in summer months. If I know I

am gonna be out in the sun a lot on a particular day, I take a third

dose.

Also, I burned a lot more when I ate a lot of sugar. I

have no idea why sugar would make one burn more, but changing my diet

made me burn a whole lot less.

I don't know where you live, but here in the UK I buy online from a company

called Green People and they sell natural organic sunscreen with a spf of 22.

It's all natural plant extracts with NO chemicals or the typical stuff found in

other sunscreens. I buy it for my son who is allergic to regular sunscreen. It's

called organicchildren.com Organic formula sun lotion water resistant 150 ml. Do

a google search and you may be able to get where ever you live. But if not, I'm

sure you can find something similiar on other natural toiletries/skin care

websites.

The company you bought from does not ship to the US but I found another through

If I am looking at the correct item, it contains titanium dioxide, and that

is not an ingredient I would want in my products.

An herbalist gave me this recipe:

Take green tea capsules internally - 2 as a maintenance dose, 4-8 a day when

going to be out in the sun.

Use spritzer made with peppermint and lavender EO and spray on the body.

These were with the products I use, so not sure how to change equivalents

with a different company.
