As far as having a law suit against someone that 'caused' your illness (ours). They (DOW and all the Others) claim 'DID NOT' cause/make us sick. Just paying us, to get us off their backs. SO ........ I would say NO! Let them fight that out, if it comes to it. If it ever does, Dow would have to 'admit' the law suit was Paid, because..... 'THEY' made YOU become SICK. They (DOW) have so much 'PROOF' that Silicone/Saline implants 'do not' cause our illnesses, then I'd let everyone assume what they wish. But according to Dow and the Law Suit Settlements, you are sick for other reason's. If you & your Doctor say it's implants...that is yours and your Doctor's opinion......Point is; You are just sick (according to Dow) who knows why? Until Dow and the other Manufactories of Implants admit it, Check NO! Did they cause your illness.....Call Dow....Ask them. tee hee Yes, you have a law suit against someone, ( just as if it would be Mcs, Walmart or your neighbor) someone that (according to them) did not cause your illness. So that would not be SSI's business. They can't look at What made you SICK....Only that You ARE sick. Get my Point? Think about it Ladies! Am I Right or Wrong? Bring em to their knees.....This could be a good way to do it! Let me know what ya think about my Opinion. When 'Dow Admits' they made me sick, I will change My NO to YES until then (when hell freezes over) I'm sick and 'think' I know why, but Dow don't think....they are positive. Your Doctor may 'think', but Dow don't think.....they are positive. NO NO NO NO! All You have to put down is, what's wrong with you. Not why. If I'm not mistaken we sued the Implant Makers for the hell of it! Now, if you were in an accident and was 'suing the person' who was at fault, for disabling you, (because of the accident) and everyone agreed the accident was the cause, then you'd (I'd) put yes. Don't let them (Implant Makers) Double Talk You! It can't be but one way. DID THEY CAUSE YOU TO BE SICK? No! If SSI don't believe you, tell them to ask DOW and all the other 'Makers of Implants' if they Caused it. If they tell SSI " yes, that they 'did' make you Sick, and yes, you sued them, 'because they made you sick' and yes, they paid you 'because they made you sick' " then they Better damn well Admit it to me, the New Papers, Television Stations....THE WHOLE WORLD! After all..........We've only tried for 20 or so years to get them to admit it. Good Luck and let us know how it turns out for you.
