Guest guest Posted October 13, 2001 Report Share Posted October 13, 2001 Hi Dawn, Like I said in my previous message, I have tried almost every form of exercise, therapy etc. Tai chi being one of them. I found it did not hurt my back, but it was very hard to keep my knees bent all the time. (You always stand, move with your knees bent). Also, for me I found it far too slow and boring. I kept thinking 'okay, come on whats next ?'. The movements are extremely slow. This is just my opinion, but I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
