My LP grandfather was married to an Avg-size Person (AP) until his

death, my LP father was married to my AP mom for 16 yrs and he had dated

numerous AP before marrying.

I am a LP and I will be celebrating my 19th anniversary with my 5'7 "

husband next Tuesday. We have 3 beautiful daughters and are expecting

our next child in March. I am very blessed.

I never dated a LP but then I never knew any LP males except for my

father. I would not have ruled out dating a LP back then and I did not

rule out dating AP either.

As for my daughters - I always think of them marrying an AP but that's

probably because there are no LP males around here. They on the other

hand, met some LP males at the one and only convention we attended and

would definitely not rule them (LPs) out as future mates.

I am a LP woman ,who has been married to a AP man for 8 years.In my

dating days,I did not know any LP's or was I able to go to functions

to meet any.I dated young men as tall as 6'2,and yes we got

looks.When I started dating my future husband,most of our friends and

relatives was ok with it,but not his mother.She had her reservations

on the matter,on our life,children, and the world reactions to us.We

knew she was concerned, but it was our decision to make.We get

comments from others in this world, but what I find surprisingly is

the others LP's comments and the glares.We,LP's have for years wanted

to be treated in a fair and non judgemental way,but when other LP'S

find I married a AP not a LP I'm ask,aren't we good enough? All I

wanted to say is,whoever you find happiness with,take it,whatever the

package it may come in.
