Shirley, your level of pain is alarming. I'm very sorry that you are still

suffering so horribly. You have been having a terrible struggle for quite a

long time. Please, if you can't sleep again tonight, call your

rheumatologist tomorrow. If the current narcotic is at the maximum strength

and is still not working for you, perhaps your doctor will prescribe a

different one to bring you the relief you need. You should not try to be

brave and tolerate the pain. It is your right to get the drugs you need to

take away the pain. Insist on it.

Imuran is cytotoxic drug. I have never been on it, but here are some links
