Hi, , Mike,

>my sed is low too. But what are you going to do if it is

>due to irregular RBCs?

Dr. Simpson, in his semi-form letter he returned with my shape analysis

results, strongly recommends taking 4g/d of evening primrose oil, for the

gamma-linoleic acids GLAs. (I use borage, which has higher % of GLA). He

recommends taking 1g at breakfast, 1.5g at lunch and supper, with meals.

He also recommends _reducing_ the amount of ALAs, such as fish or flax oil,

which I disagree with.

The GLA intake will be reflected in RBC membranes within about 6 weeks, so

any shape changes, and symptom changes, whould show up by then.

HI RYAN, I LOST A LOT OF WEIGHT WHEN I WAS FIRST DIANOSED WITH AIH IN 99'.

BUT WHEN I WAS PUT ON PREDNISONE, I GAINED ABOUT 30 LBS IN A MONTH.

TO PAM, ABOUT THE MOONFACE. ISN'T IT JUST WONDERFUL. I HAD A MOONFACE SO

BAD FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS. I'VE BEEN OFF PREDNISONE ABOUT 9 MONTHS NOW AND MY

FACE IS JUST NOW GETTING BACK TO NORMAL. WHAT I KEPT TELLING MYSELF DURING

THIS TRYING TIME WAS " BE GLAD YOU'RE ALIVE, MOONFACE AND ALL. " GOOD LUCK TO

YOU. TERESA IN LOUISIANA

Dear BG,

Yes, we have used NAET extensively and are continuing it, although not

as aggressively as a year or so ago. I was just thinking today that we

might need to increase the treatments. We have " cleared " him of so many

things, and yet he is still very much fighting this disease. At times I

have wondered if it was working. I do believe in it, and our practitioner

is excellent, so we'll keep at it. Good to hear from you.

Christie, what does 1/2 GM mean?

Sorry, it means that for the fluid portion I use goatsmilk for 1/2 and

espresso strength coffee for the other 1/2. Does that make a bit more sense

now?

HUGS!

Hi Vishesh:

I've been MIA for a few days with a fibro flare, but I had to come

out of the fog to congratulate you! This is very exciting news and

something for you and your family to be very proud of. I see a great

career (in Paris?) in the future for you. Accomplishments like being

named Best Student of the Year are rare, and it will help send you on your way.

For those who want a peek at the honored student, Vishesh posted his

photo in the Members section some time back, looking quite dashing, a

man on the go!
