Guest guest
There is some interesting reading about milk at: http://www.notmilk.com/deb/100498.html I didn't know that most Asians are milk intolerant. Only in Britain and America is milk consumed! In the countries that don't drink milk, osteoporosis is not a problem, and arthritis is not as prevalent. The anti-milk people say that we are the only mammal that drinks the milk of another mammal. It makes you think. Allergy and intolerance are two different things. Some people may not realize that they are intolerant because their symptoms are mild. I didn't realize how bloated it made me until I stopped consuming it! If nothing else, stopping eating it sure cut down in my fat intake!!! a ----- Original Message ----- From: Matsumura <Matsumura_Clan@...> < egroups> Sent: Monday, November 20, 2000 11:32 PM Subject: [ ] dairy > Brigitte, > > Of course, I'm talking about milk, cheese, yogurt and the like, too. Guest guest
I have done the no dairy and unfortunately never noticed a big difference in my pain issues. I may not have stuck to it long enough but it seems I did it at least a few months, lately I do some dairy not much, I don't know if I should try again or not, it seemed dissapointing last time. Something to ponder I suppose
