September 14, 2001The shock and anger of the terrorist’s mass murder of innocents is slowly settling into an intense determination to punish the cowards who perpetrated these evil acts. But what is to be done, whose going to be attacked, and how shall we proceed? The truth is that the Muslim fanatics are totally committed to our destruction. We must therefore be totally committed to destroying them, down to the very last terrorist.

The tragic fact is that they are cowardly murderers who understand no language but counter-terrorism. Any attempt to negotiate or compromise is viewed by them as proof of Western weakness and irresolution.

As soon as they can develop or get their hands on a nuclear device, they will detonate it in the center of New York or Washington. Their single focus is to kill as many Americans as possible, at any cost, before they can be stopped.

There are seven steps we must take immediately to deal with this threat:

First, determine the identity of the perpetrators and the people behind the attacks, even if it is the Taliban Regime in Afghanistan or (more likely) Sadam Hussain of Iraq, and destroy them completely. Eliminate their ability to ever sponsor such terrorism again.

Second, since these terrorist’s acts against the US have been carried out by Arabs, who have come here for these terrorist purposes, immediately ban all Arabs from entering the United States except under the most stringent security clearances. Insist that Canada and Mexico do the same. Seal off the borders to these terrorists. Don’t let them in.

Third, begin a thorough investigation of every Arab in the US and immediately expel every single person who is not a bona fide citizen or legal resident, and all Arabs with even so much as a single criminal charge against them.

Fourth, immediately post escalating rewards for information leading to the capture of any person involved at any level with any criminal act against the United States or its citizens.

Fifth, place escalating bounties, dead or alive, payable into Swiss bank accounts, on terrorists operating any where in the world. Turn these people against each other, like ravening wolves, by offering huge amounts of money. A One Million dollar cash bounty on Osama bin Laden will trigger a stampede of poor Arabs eager to kill him and get the money. A bounty system on terrorist would be vastly cheaper, faster and more effective than military action.

Sixth, stop fooling ourselves. No amount of money given to Arab countries or organizations will ever cause them to like us. Stop paying bribes and extortion in the vain hope that we will gain their support.

Effective immediately, terminate all financial aid of any kind to any Arab nation or group. They all know and support the terrorist in their midst. Tell them that uncle Sam’s money spigot only goes on again when we are convinced that all their terrorists are dead. Watch them climb all over themselves to arrest, try, convict and execute the people responsible for cutting off their flow of free money.

Seventh, enlist every civilized country in Europe and Asia in putting an end to the movement of Arab terrorists. Block them in. Extradite them to their own countries. Don’t allow them on planes or ships. Quarantine the entire area and then use bounties and rewards to exterminate all terrorists once and for all.

Do these measures sound harsh? Yes, but they are the only alternatives to Arab terrorist unleashing nuclear, chemical or germ warfare devices on American or European Cities.

Time is running out for America and the free world. The Arab terrorists who are behind the World Trade Center and Pentagon attacks are working right now, day and night, to develop and unleash these weapons of mass destruction.

Any leader who does not see and respond quickly to this looming threat should be quickly removed from office and replaced with a leader who will take the steps listed above to save the millions of men, women and children whose lives are in grave danger at this very moment.

Time is running out faster than we know.
