You both know he has some time right. See with my losses they all came suddenly, a phone call saying she is dead. She wasn't sick or anything. All 3 were car accidents. They all lived far away. I didn't get my chance to spend time with them, to enjoy them. To tell them how much I loved them and appreciated them. To thank them for all they had done for me. I'm not sure or are you or he what God's plan is, but prepared in your heart and mind. Talk with him and be a constant part of him. Death is a part of all our lives. Were born and we die. We can't change that. But making the best of the time we have and giving of ourselves is all we can do and should do. Hope I'm not talking off the wall or anything, I just wish I could go back the day before at least, before they were killed and called them to make sure they knew how much I loved and cared about them. If I really could go back I think I would go back a few years before and move near them so I could see them often and know everything about their lives and pasts. Treasure the time you have with him. Don't dwell on what may come, deal with it when it does. Without understanding there can be no peace.
