I'll also wish with all of my might that you get the actual drug, not the placebo. You will be in my thoughts especially, as you always are, not only tomorrow, but until you get some relief. You've had an awful time for as long as I've known you (which is getting to be a very long time!), and I would be thrilled to learn that you finally found a treatment that works for you. Hang in there.
