PSYCHIATRIC DRUGS DO NOT BENEFIT ANYONE. RISKS ALWAYS EXCEED PERCEIVED BENEFIT

Hi,

I just posted the answer to this yesterday. Look in the archived messages

and you will find my response.

But, more immediately to your personal question - my observation is based on

my own personal research is NO.

I do not believe that anyone actually benefits from using Prozac or any

other psychiatric drug. While there are many people who would argue with

me, I would argue right back.

These people THINK they are benefitting because they may temporarily feel

better. But this is nothing more than a drug induced effect - similar to

how cocaine can seem to make a person feel " better " . Why do you think

people who use cocaine get addicted to it? Well... it's because cocaine

makes them think they feel better while it goes about silently destroying

their brain cells.

The reason I put this information out on why people respond differently is

because this information is based on clinical research and helps you to

understand why some people don't go psychotic on these drugs, but others

surely do.

Hope that helps :)

Just to repeat so there is no misunderstanding:

I DO NOT AND NEVER WILL ADVOCATE THE USE OF ANY PSYCHIATRIC DRUG.

Best Regards,

Achieving acceptable drug safety evaluation standards is perfectly feasible,

it's a matter of political will to put the public health first, commercial

considerations second.
