Something on ADHD that I noticed with my daughter. She gets spacy,

excepcially if lectured at (we homeschool so I see how she gets when I'm

teaching). I had thyroid labs ran on her (she's 6). Just looking at her

TSH it's still in range but pretty low for a 6 yr old. Her free's are also

pretty low. One would think a 6 year old would have pretty high labs. She

would be considered ADD, she's not hyper. More sluggish, she can't focus

for very long. She has an appt with our naturopath next week I believe, I'm

going to have her do some thyroid building supplements and see how that

helps. But from my understand, some ADD/ADHD probably is affected by

thyroid. Also my old nutrionist I had back in MD said that some ADD/ADHD is

a lack of a certain mineral, I'm forgetting that mineral right now.

A lot of this ADHD and ADD is just an imbalance of minerals/hormones or

something in our bodies. At least that is my take on it.
