Both of them sound like jerks. It always amazes me that they can be so rude, especially when we pay their salary. Hope today is better. You got your five to ten visit and that was it. At his office you have to pay the deductible before you see the doctor. I don't know what would happen if you did have it on you, guess you don't see the doctor. I thought this was very odd, especially when I ask for a receipt and was told I couldn't have it until after I saw the doctor. I have changed doctors at this point.
