They do not accept the bases of our arguments which are that the drugs are causing the problems and that once people fall into the " spiral of destruction " they can not see their way out, even with the caring and help of their friends and families. If the drug causes the problem then the removal of the drug should damn well correct the insanity. Physical damage is another thing. I would say that anyone in the throws of drug induced insanity should be stayed with 24 hours a day until the drug is out of the system. Sauna and exercise should speed that up. Anything less is mistreatment.
