I forgot the part about breaking the fast, which is the most important!

You should break the fast very carefully, with soft veggies or fruits, such as steamed zucchini, or watermelon or oranges, to let your digestive system get up and running normally again. You don't want to shock it with a large amount of food, especially typcial American diet food. Just ease into some fruits and veggies again and give yourself a day or two to get back to normal eating patterns.
