Great article, Jim. BUT...I have a problem with a particular concept that is

gaining so much acceptance among scientists/doctors who admit that there are

problems with these drugs. Namely, for bi-polar disorder, they are urging

people to take meds for a while until their symptoms subside and then stop. For

ADHD kids they say " take them off if you notice aggression, etc. " No thought

about withdrawals. No thought about causing whatever syndrome they want to call

B.J.'s problem...that odd combination of thinking that only the drug can help

him, they are all just quacks trying to poison him, he can't live without the

drug, he hates the drug, he loves the drug, etc, etc, etc. All within a couple

of days. I think " F-Dogg " (remember him?) called it " rapid cycling mania. " I

know we were stunned and confused as to what to do for B.J. I fear many parents

would feel the same way. Turning to your doctor is useless because they know

much less than the people on this group do.

If its a female , and the drugs are w/d at one time

linda blair is a nice girl , same with freddys nightmare .

Just the rapid heart rate, and constipation is enough ,

not to mention the diareah, and headaches .

The demons are all at the foot of the bed waiting

for W/D time SSRI users .

Or gee how nice son/daughter , its the thought that counts.

as they plot behind their backs, to get even for putting them

on the drugs to begin with .

past uncontroled PTSD flashbacks that would be completely

forgiven if not for the hell bound W/D .

rip the phone cord out , replace it

get on the phone to call , hang up

thats the next 15 minutes .

Oh dont forget , loose a hundred pounds

real fast , with W/D diet ......

nami loves W/D ......

Then when its done, again the wall, the ceiling the floor the staring

the listening , the screaming again , the want for that SSRI that will

drive them to violence and self destruction , if they dont know how

to control it .

Mom why wont my legs stop moving? or god mom the pain

in my legs is killing me , please make it stop now !!!!!!

Imagine being on all the different kinds of psych meds

at once , going through W/D.

Inner strength, is the only thing that will save anyone from

complete doom .

And not around others, who are easily swayed by the

disturbance of issues needing tending to ,

instead of letting issues go,

by taking another pill, or a doctor to take

care of what needed talking about to begin with .

I recall those idiots saying, when someone was angry at something

" take a salt tablet " meaning take a med .

Meds are a back sliders dream .

I was reading on a benzo withdrawl site that benzos are

given before surgery, sorry doc but I want morphine , now

take that stinking psych med out of my arm now .

But patient, the dea will suspect us for giving pain med to a

poor person .

F--k the DEA gimmie a shot of that real

pain med now , you monster .

I recall the shortage of pain med during a

surgery I had , screaming in the last minutes of it .

liquid valium insted of morphine , very short too ,

what is administered ?

" take a salt tablet " meaning take a med .

Meds are a back sliders dream .

I was reading on a benzo withdrawl site that benzos are

given before surgery, sorry doc but I want morphine , now

take that stinking psych med out of my arm now .

But patient, the dea will suspect us for giving pain med to a

poor person .
