Guest guest
Rogene, I had saline implants that were leaking on the right side shortly after surgery. One of the first symptoms I got was in my right shoulder. Wierd? Donna
Guest guest
Bindi, When you say nasty silicone, does that mean it's dirty silicone, or just nasty plain clear silicone? I did have salines and stuff floating in mine was more mold, fungi and bacteria, not really for sure on all that yet. Donna

Guest guest
Patty, Thanks for the information. This makes sense, but I think it is all from my implants period. If you read what might cause a frozen shoulder. I had all that with implants from infection, and stuff floating around in me. Thanks Donna

Guest guest
Frozen shoulder can actually be part of the autoimmune process. I am not sure what treatment is best, but as with all autoimmunity, I believe (my opinion) is that detoxification will go a long way toward reducing the inflammation and calming down the immune response. Patty http://cnn.nl/HEALTH/library/DS/00416.html Causes Doctors don't know the precise cause of frozen shoulder. It can occur after an injury to your shoulder or prolonged immobilization of your shoulder, such as after surgery or an arm fracture. People who have diabetes have a greater risk of frozen shoulder. For this reason, frozen shoulder may have an autoimmune component, meaning your immune system may begin to attack the healthy parts of your body — in this case, the supporting structures of your shoulder. People with other health conditions, including heart disease, lung disease and hyperthyroidism, also may have an increased risk of developing frozen shoulder. Re: Re: Scar tissue removal Talking of Scar Tissue, does this also include scar tissue all the way in your arm. I can hear it poppin and crackin when I move it. It feels like it is all attached from my right breast to my right shoulder. My shoulder is frozen. I wonder if this is why I am not well because I have a lot of scar tissue in my shoulder. Please respond if any suggestions. Donna Need a quick answer? Get one in minutes from people who know. Ask your question on Answers.
Guest guest
Donna, I meant plain ol' nasty silicone. My implants look clean and new (I have them in a plastic bucket). Their benign looks belie their evilness. Dang, those suckers are heavy! You could knock someone out with one of 'em! Guest guest
Hi Donna, I think my point was that the autoimmune condition was probably started by your implants, and so the frozen shoulder, which many implanted women have, could be part of the autoimmune process going on in your body. Guest guest
Even "clean" looking implants can harbor dangerous microscopic organisms. Only an examination by a researcher like Dr. Blais can determine exactly what is there. Rogene
Guest guest
Nope! . . . Not so weird at all. . . .My left shoulder and neck gave me problems for years - It was the left implant that was discolored and leaking. Guest guest
I have a constant burning in my neck and both shoulders as well as my back, right behind my implants. The only temporary relief I get is when my fiance massages me. However, he has to push so hard for me to feel the massage that it hurts him. Yet on other areas of my body I am very sensitive. My neck, shoulders and upper back almost feel like they are fused together...it's very painful. Can anyone relate to this? Rogene S <saxony01@...> wrote: Nope! . . . Guest guest
I can't say for sure in your case - but the neurologist who dx'd me with FM said that the tissues had gotten so tight that the blood supply was hampered and muscle had calcified. It take a lot of work to break down those calcifications and get blood to those muscles afain. Massage is the best prescription there is! If he's getting in real deep, it's possible there you have nerve damage . . .If he has to massage real hard and can't get in very deep, you've probably got some calcifications. or muscle gluing. My massage therapist calls it gluing when the muscles stick to each other (scar tissue?) Healthy muscles slide against each other. When they stick, it hurts to move. Regular massage, stretching, yoga, exercise all helps. The worst thing to do when you hurt is to quit moving the affected area (assuming there's not a serious problem - like a broken bone).
