Exactly Jim. Could it be that the minerals the body lacks that causes

acne are also the ones that cause the depression.

This site is very interesting. www.patrickholford.com

Cleaning up the diet might fix both acne and depression and with less

school shootings. Jim

SSRI acne, I had it, it's not even like pimples, they're like tumors,

and I was put on SSRIs for stress, the depression came after I was on

the medication

Steph,

Very cool! I am collecting nutritional and alternative

treatment data that doesn't make people crazy, morally

deficient, physically ill, suicidal or homicidal. Food

sounds like a good place to start.

Thanks,

Jim

Remember this posting below? SSRI's Nutrient Depleting Side Effects..

Incredibly bad for overall health. Could that perhaps be the reason

for SSRI acne? Just thinking out loud.

Steph

Hi,

I just read your email/article - Understanding Our Mission. I would

like to have " the rest of the story " about who and who does not do

well on these drugs.

I am a holistically train addictions counselor and am researching

information for a handbook on The Nutrient Depleting Side Effects of

SSRI Antidepressants. I know for sure SSRIs metabolize out folic acid,

sodium and glutithione. I know that people who take omega 3 have fewer

symptoms of depression. I know that acetylcholine also helps. The

information does not seem to have any central database or references

but is scattered around in various books and websites. I would

appreciate any references you might have that would helf me in

identifying sources of research or information on this topic.

Thanks for all your hard work,

Sincerely,

Yoshi (Virginia Delwiche)

symptoms of depression. I know that acetylcholine also helps. The

information does not seem to have any central database or references

appreciate any references you might have that would helf me in

identifying sources of research or information on this topic.

I think so, bad or no nutrition plus poison that

depletes nutrition and, well, poison people.

So absurd I repeatedly have to go " Wow " .

Re: Acne linked to suicide

Remember this posting below? SSRI's Nutrient Depleting Side Effects..

Incredibly bad for overall health. Could that perhaps be the reason

for SSRI acne? Just thinking out loud.

Hi, Acne is related in probably most cases to high testerone levels. So are

certain types of cysts that can look and feel hard, more like tumors.Studies of

prison inmates of violent crimes have high testerone levels. See the conection?

SSRIs so influence hormone levels.
