Guest guest
A friend's son was put on Risperidol (spelling?) and then later switched to Abilify. He was on 15mg of Abilify, then lowered to 10mg. by the doctor(s). He was on that for about two months. At that point he went off it altogether on his own decision. (He's about 20 years old.) So he cold-turkeyed off of it about two months ago. What I would like to help his parents and him with would be alternative and/or herbal remedies they could use to help him maintain. His parents tell me he spends a lot of time laughing manically and won't often talk at all. Some danger right now of his being what you would call sectioned (I forget what it is called here (California)) so any way he could get straight without being put back on pharmaceuticals would probably be a plus. Or what else can he do? Thanks much,-- GoldBerkeley, CA
