I am not sure what propranolol is, but my suggestion is to not take anything in addition to the EM power product. Many of the group members have tried various supplements to help them through some of their more difficult days of withdrawal, but there are varying reports. Some found that their system could not tolerate anything. Also, I encourage you to post through either the prozactruth or PROZACAWARENESS groups so that you will generate a larger response to any questions you have during your withdrawal and recovery phases. This group - SSRI medications - is the "take action" group. Membership is relatively small right now, although it will grow with time. But, I believe the members of the other two groups will be able to better respond to your questions, as many of them are still currently trying to taper their medications as are you. You can read more on akathesia in Dr. ph Glenmullen's book, "Prozac Backlash" - or in Dr. Ann Blake 's book, "Prozac - Panacea or Pandora. Although both books highlight the word, "Prozac" - they are not exclusively for information on prozac.. rather they are both excellent books containing much information on all psychiatric drugs. So, you did get the EM Power+ product? I am glad that your mother was able to speak with Mr. Stephan. He is a very kind and caring individual. Please let us know how you get along using this method.
