The main factor causing deprivation of childrens' contact with a parent is NOT

apathy of that parent (as is commonly assumed) but laws & government agencies

which make it relatively easy for a mother to illegally withhold the children

from their father with few if any legal repercussions. Often mothers simply

process of becoming the " custodial " parent. Malicious Mother Syndrome has been
